I’m very pleased with their service starting from getting a quote. Debbie took my call, all questions she asked are relevant and helpful for planning and completing the move from a self storage as well as picking up items from a residential place. Quotation is professionally prepared and clear, as well as T&C. They are honest about what’s covered by their insurance and what’s not, as I placed items into the self storage not them. A pre-removal call on the day before nailed down the plan and a good refreshment to what to expect. The two men team Evan and Sean are of great help. They’re very friendly, professional and hardworking. They spotted signs of certain leakage from unknown source and they reported the finding immediately, and took extra care moving those boxes so they don’t mix up with clean ones. They took so much care about my items. Not to mention I have some solid wood furniture that are heavy to move even with two very strong men, they took so much care moving them so not to make a slightest scratch to my home. I can’t thank them enough. I have no reservations recommending their services.

What a crew we had Tony, Ion, Craig, James H & Ryan move us to our new home at Keyworth Rise on 17/18 August. They cared about all our home items.
