The Urban Rooms

I went with friends for my birthday we had the best day ever, all the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us, the place was clean and warm, the treatments were very relaxing and well performed by very professional staff, the price was reasonable and free parking. I wouldn't recommend the Urban rooms for a Spa.... 😊 so that there's room for me next time I want to book 🤣 shhhhh this is my secret place lol

If I could give more than five stars I really would! Georgie and Lewis were absolutely lovely and I was very touched that Georgie arranged for complimentary Prosecco as it was my graduation! Xjhid was brilliant and I left my massage and facial feeling amazing! Huge thank you to everyone and I can’t recommend enough!

Great facilities and lovely staff, couldn't do enough.

Had an afternoon at the gym yesterday, thinking of joining up. Staff were really friendly especially Sam helped showing me how to use the lockers made it feel like a friendly professional gym.
