Good customer service on all the floors. I did return a pair of sneakers after two weeks to exchange for another size. I got what I wanted and was attended to well. Note: The shoes you intend to return shouldn't have been worn outside or brought back without the box.

Very nice store to find variety of sports shoes, office wear shoes, sports accessories and even clothing line for adults and kids. U can even get skates, bicycles, small gym equipments etc.

An unique store, which sells several items related to sports and adventures under one roof. Store is fitted with fast moving accelerator for easy moving from one floor to another. It has separate sections for men, women and children. Almost all types of accessories are available. However, some of the items are bit expensive.

I have been shopping here for years and have just a normal experience, which I didn't think warrented a review. My trip yesterday changed it all though. The lvl of service I received was one that I would expect at a highend store like Flannels. Product knowledge was fantastic and the sales staff engagement with me was A+. I wanted to buy 2 tracksuit bottoms but wasn't sure and was just going to try at home. The gentle man encouraged me to try on , which saves me time from coming back as 1 was too big. We even talked about other products and also which flavour of prime was good (I bought 3 in the end) I hope someone see this and congratulates the gentleman. He was a tall guy named Joe I believe. thanks for your exceptional service.

Typical sports direct store well laid out and some nice offers in store. There was a small queue of people it was quick to go down. Member of staff was very helpful.
