The Soulville Steakhouse

Been back twice in a month, food is fantastic with great service & and a good selection of drinks. Had the sirloin steak both times as it's been cooked perfectly! Sticky toffee pudding is amazing as afters. Great place, will always be on the list to eat out in Nottingham! Thank you!

Went for Father’s Day and even though I checked before booking and was told the menu on line is the only one we can order from (no set Father’s Day menu) upon arrival we were informed the normal offer they do couldn’t be used today, this was disappointing as I was planning on a 3 course meal but had to forgo a starter as it now wasn’t in my budget!! however the food was exceptional I had the chilli burger and it was by far the best burger I’ve had, the chips weren’t the best, my mum had sweet potato fries which were incredible so it’s worth the upgrade cost, we had planned on having a desert but the only desert I liked was out of stock, our table was booked for 1.15 so to have run out so early into service was poor planning when the restaurant was fully booked, surely on a day like Father’s Day you ensure you have enough stock in? Apart from the above niggles this is a fantastic place the service was exceptional food amazing and on a normal day it’s reasonably charged would definitely recommend

Had lunch with my hubby, delicious steak, best one we have had in a long time. Perfectly cooked, juicy sirloin and rib eye, charcoal grill flavour, fresh sides and sauces, chips were not greasy at all, only the onion ring was a bit drenched in oil. Desserts were nice too, although the only item I did not find awesome was the lemon meringue pie (have had better ones). The Alabama chocolate cake was amazing. Even the drinks were nicely prepared. I had a soda and cordial, well balanced, not to sweet, just right. The service was kind, professional, corteous and patient. The music on the background was highly enjoyable and in correlation with the Soul Motown theme of the restaurant and at a volume that let you carry on a conversation. Overall I would give this place a 5 * rev :)

Went for lunch. Chose from their special offer choices. Two courses £14.90 The food was good for the price. Staff were really nice although food took a little while to come out. Recommend for a nice steak at very good value. Didn't have time for dessert, but it was only another £3.00 if we did. Review helpful like 👍 follow thanks
