We’ve used magenta storage for a number of years now and highly recommend them. the customer service is excellent with katie, james, kevin and the manager darren always going out of their way to help. the units are all very clean and well-lit with many different sizes available with easy access to load/unload.
I have hired three different sized storage units from magenta in recent years. every time the staff have been friendly, cheerful and helpful doing their best to seek the most appropriate unit for changing requirements. there have been no problems with payments and cancellations have been enacted smoothly. i would definitely use magenta again if required. thank you.
Just used magenta to store stuff prior to our house purchase. we only needed a short term storage solution - less than a month. they were very can do, offered great rates and were generally friendly and efficient in their dealings with us. thanks tilly 👍
