Booked two holidays with tui the rep both times was chloe, she goes above and beyond to get us the best holiday package , nothing is too much , before sitting down i watched chloe with two other people she had the same energy with them , she is a breath of fresh air and my experience first time round is probably the reason i came back to book again with chloe , thank you 🙏🏾

Hi, i have been in to the shop on a number of occasions looking at holidays for me and my daughter. every time i have been in the staff have always been really welcoming and helpful. i booked a holiday with rachel and she was amazing and explained everything. it was nice to speak to another member of staff who had been to the same resort i was looking at. she told me all the places we could walk to that we could explore and that sounded perfect. we are so excited for our holiday in august. it will be our first holiday abroad since covid.

Booked a last minute holiday with lydia in store today! lovely girl and was very friendly, will be booking with her again soon!

Just popped into tui long row nottingham to see marie for some information and advice. we have consulted about holidays with marie on many occasions previously and always try to book through her if possible. we find her manner very friendly and she is always helpful, nothing is too much trouble. on this occasion she didn't dissapoint giving us some very helpful advice for a future holiday about travelling with special needs and assisted travel. we also came away having booked a trip later in the year.

Went in this morning to book a holiday and chloe was an absolute superstar! she was so friendly and welcoming, really helpful, and it was clear she knew what she was doing. she helped us think about excursions, compared flights for us until we found a great time, gave us advice about what to do when we got there. it was a full quality service! took all the stress out of booking a holiday and we walked away very happy and looking forward to italy!
