Orchard Veterinary Centre - Sherwood

The receptionists are lovely and some of the vet nurses are really lovely. But the vets are not that great, they give you a grilling about things and also look down there noses at you if you say you can't afford the treatments till payday with the bills going up so I left the vets the other day feeling like I was a naughty school girl that shouldn't be allowed my dog so I hate taking my animals to the vets if I'm honest so much so that I'm leaving there. It also works out that it's cheaper paying the vaccinations your self rather than paying the healthy pet club.

Orchards staff have always been dependable, helpful and willing to go out of their way for the care my pet. They never fob you off with disengenuous info and are always happy to offer support. Quick and easy, simple every time. Cant fault them.

Only had 3 appointmenrs but so far so good. Genuinely really Impressed by the level of service from both reception and medical staff. Found them really accommodating, and they have taken time to listen and explain their advice well.

We transferred to this vets after some painful experiences in the past, and on the basis of their great reviews. It has been a pleasure to use these vets.The vets and staff really care about not only the animals but also people. They are always aware of and sensitive to the needs of the animals in the surgery, and the waiting area is calm and well-managed. They understand animals and are patient with our nervous rescues, and us! The vets saw my dog in the car or the car park when she was too nervous to come in to the surgery, and did everything to make her at ease. When we tragically had to make the worst decision for our dog, the staff were kind, sensitive and supportive and made a horrible situation more bearable and as easy as it could be under the circumstances. Wholeheartedly recommend this practice, and thank everyone who works there.

The best vet in Nottingham and I’ve been to 3 different ones with my cat. Always very helpful, caring, and professional. My cat had a knee surgery there and received an excellent care. Can’t recommend enough ❤️
