We received the most superb care and attention for our dog alfie. we were also treated with kindness and understanding which meant a lot. regular calls with updates and even a photo! they saved alfies life.

Having called before hand and spoke to a very nice person, we arrived at midnight. we were given a friendly welcome, and luckily it was not busy. our dog was triaged by a lovely nurse, who was professional and caring. we didn't have to wait long to see a vet. the vet was very calm and caring with our dog. she examined and explained everything clearly and professionally. the only gripe is the cost regarding the meds given.

My 7 month mini wire dachshund was very poorly and my vets said as she might need admitting i was to take her straight to out of hours. they delt with the issue efficiently, phoned me with regular updates and after afterwards i took my little girl home the next day healthy and on the mend. so thankful for the care she recieved. dealing with going through insurance has been simple and i'm also very happy about this as it was an expensive bill and having never had an issue like this i was worried how the process would work. all staff friendly and helpful

Reception team were friendly and efficient. the vets looking after my cat were friendly and informative and i felt that my cat was safe. £250 is a lot to pay up front for ooh treatment and overall treatment was £1700 however vets for now do direct claims with insurance which is most helpful.

Vet who saw my sick dog was excellent, caring, totally understanding our worries & concerns, gave us clear diagnosis & what to expect going forward, felt confident i was leaving my dog in good hands. glad to say we had a happy outcome & our poorly pooch is well on the road to recovery 👍
