Amazing work from Nick. I had a really bad grease stain on my bedroom carpet which I tried to remove myself only to make it twice as bad. With a lot of professionalism Nick managed to get rid of the stain and make my carpet look as fresh as a daisy. Prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

Previously I hired a Rug Doctor - it took me most of the day, cost about £60 to hire the machine and buy the shampoos, took ages to dry, and felt and smelt funny for weeks after. Just had our carpet and stairs cleaned by Nick at Probitas and it was so much better, and more cost effective. Nick is a really nice guy. He knows his stuff: all the stains (paint, tea, dog and small child!) had specific treatments. He was very efficient: in and out in a few hours. I felt very safe with him in my house.
