Outstanding customer service. I messed up and ordered some flowers to be delivered to my friend to realise she was already on holiday. The Floral Box were so understanding and even though they had already attempted delivery they rearranged for a week later no extra charge.

I had a box bouquet delivered Christmas morning, it was beautiful. I'm looking at it now, 9 days later, and the only difference in it is the lilies have opened up. …
