Messaged them about removing a double bed base and mattress, replied within minutes, said they would come between 4pm and 5pm on monday, arrived at 4.10pm, 2 pleasant, friendly colleagues who worked quickly and efficiently. waste transfer note issued to prove legal disposal. would recommend.
