Cracking service. Quick, efficient and polite. Kept me posted via text as to how far away he was. Knew exactly what he was doing. Had gearbox mech replaced in upvc door.

After calling Vault Access at 8pm on a Sunday, I had somebody at my house in just FIFTEEN MINUTES and the job finished in 5. Incredibly helpful, totally genuine and very reassuring throughout. The price given over the phone was the price I paid, no hidden tricks whatsoever. Couldn't reccomend these guys more. Cheers

These guys are absolutely awesome! Would 100% recommend. Broke the lock they installed (completly our own fault) came out within 20min on a Sunday and fixed it under warranty. Awesome service!
