Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Rochdale

Rochdale branch very very disappointing. Enterprise overall rating very bad. Every time I have used enterprise there has always been an issue. This time was no different. The advisors. Managers. Even the area manager for Rochdale are an absolute joke. No customer service at all. Very unhelpful and unwilling to resolve. You have the branch managers talk to you as if they’re talking to their boys. The area manager Aaron is incompetent. It’s no wonder the managers are the same when there’s no leadership from the top. I still have issues with the car and they are still unwilling to communicate to resolve. The car is not working. I can’t even use it and my rental is not even due to go back for another few days.
