Sandy is hands down the best acupuncturist and one of the nicest human beings I've ever had the pleasure of meeting: she radiates positivity, energy and empathy, and is incredibly easy to talk to. She's particularly good for all things pregnancy related, not only during but also beforehand and afterwards. Treatment is far more than just the needles, it's a holistic process that addresses both your physical and mental well-being. I really can't recommend her highly enough, she's absolutely marvellous.

I found Sandy a sympathetic practitioner. From the outset she took time to understand my symptoms and their effects on my health and well-being. Successful treatment approaches were developed and tweaked as needed. My symptoms eased steadily over the first few months, enabling me to be virtually symptom-free between appointments that stretched over a month or more. I am leaving the area so have needed to leave Sandy’s care. I can only hope that future acupuncturists are as effective. I don’t hesitate in recommending Sandy Steele.

I cannot speak highly enough about Sandy and the treatment I received. I was new to acupuncture and Sandy made me feel very comfortable and heard. Her questions about my health were very thorough and professional. I felt like she was truly listening to me and incorporating what I said into my treatment. Given that most health practitioners are quick to look past symptoms of chronic pain or fatigue, it was very affirming to have someone listen and validate what I was feeling. The acupuncture was very effective for me. I felt rejuvenated and energized after each appointment. I also felt like the appointment was very safe in terms of COVID exposure. I definitely recommend going to see Sandy!
