Super friendly and helpful! Brilliant and thoughtful service. Andreas did an excellent job walking us through the options to buy two new bikes on the cycle to work scheme.

Had a very positive experience today at Beeline. My bike needed a new campagnolo chain, which requires a special tool to fit it. After a misunderstanding over the phone, they offered to order the tool to fit the chain and fitted a temporary replacement (without charging me). Once the tool arrived, they called me back and finished the job. Was pleasantly surprised about all of this, kudos to them!

Best bike shop in Oxford! Great advice and services. I purchased a bike here according to their recommendations and I can't love my bike more. The owner and the team are super friendly and helpful. I've always had great experiences there. They're simply great! :)

A very happy new patron. Thanks to oxfords bike theft problem I found myself having to rush to the shop from work to make it just before closing however despite my cutting it close, Jason and the team were more than accommodating. They were well informed, helpful and good humoured. My parts have been ordered and I look forwards to collecting them in due time. Well deserved 5 stars. Samuel
