Lovely afternoon tea for my partners birthday. service was exceptional and even though the restaurant was quiet there was still a very nice atmosphere. we will be back for the evening menu in the near future.

A fantastic atmosphere and very clever business idea serving breakfast through to cocktails! wheelchair accessible building with a slightly accessible toilet. the atmosphere and decor of the place is second to none. the food is at its best mediocre but the menu not so much. i didn't try the lobster but i like the idea that it exists. you can equally have a nice afternoon tea here as you can a nosh up dinner. in the evening the place becomes busy with a club bar type feeling. the atmosphere is fantastic with modern music and romantic overtones. the service is also top notch. it's a place to take a nice date. could improve in terms of accessibility and won't be neurodivergent friendly late at night.

It is the first time in the uk we had such an excellent special treament, it was remarkable. the manager ilyas went above ane beyond for us, he received us with a warm welcome and made sure we sit where we would be comfortable. he checked on us multiple times, was super friendy and helped us choose and customize our meals. i recommend their prawns starter and serloin steak, the desserts were so tasty. it is a really nice, well decorated and presentable restaurant which is not crowded neither noisy. thank you ilyas for making our birthday dinner so special and comfortable. amina

A chain brasserie with clean, modern decor, and stellar service. i would especially like to commend the manager who 1) compensated our main course after a mistake was done and 2) quickly remedied the situation when our waiter was making a clear mistake. i highly recommend their 2/3-course meal set, and ordering their linguine dish. the cost of the meal set coupled with the quality of the linguine makes this place well-worth the visit.

Highlight of our experience was definitely our lovely server ilyas! he was incredibly attentive to our dietary requirements and was overall just so thoughtful. the ambience in the restaurant was great. as for the food, the starters were absolutely delicious - recommend the fig salad! most of us ordered the roast, which wasn't phenomenal but still delicious. the beef was really tender and juicy and filllling for sure.
