Humphris Oxford Crash Repair Centre

Had crash job done through insurance, front fender damage, front bumper scuffs/damage, rear bumper bent and damage plus rear fender damage and rear alloy scratches plus indicator falling off nearly. handel really helpful when first took photos and when i phoned. booking date was while away, but fix time once handed over was not too bad. josh did a brilliant job with the car and colleagues, and was helpful when visited to check progress. really happy with way my car looks josh answered questions i had about paint, and nick was also really nice when handing back my car. paint matches amazing and was pearlescent white so super hard to match! even bumper matches well which is always off on nissan gtr’s for example. all paint guaranteed and chance to go back if needed. had to take back briefly as bumper slightly miss aligned. josh was brilliant responded to e-mail very quickly, and re alighted bumper with no fuss.

Had a minor crash a few weeks ago & chose humpjris to repair my nissan duchess through my insurance company due to location & previous review searches. not only were they all incredibly kind during the initial arranging the kind, the rapport and customer service skills from these guys were impressive, light hearted and professional every step of the way. my ‘duchess’ looks brand new again & they even entertained my ‘female’ questions about the car upon leaving without making me feel silly or uncomfortable. i wouldn’t like to use them again purely for the fact that i don’t want to be in another car accident! but as far as recommendations go i highly recommend hunphris and their team of absolute legends. :)

Handel and the team at humphris were amazing! my insurance company were utterly useless but handel happily coordinated with me directly and buffered me from a lot of the nonsense to make the process as easy as possible. i couldn't be more grateful for their support and assistance. i would have no hesitations in dealing with them again in future. thanks again for all your help!

Amazing service from the team at humphris especially handel who was so helpful throughout the process after going through my car insurance claim. he called to bring my car in earlier than the original date of fixing and again had the car back to me earlier than the anticipated completion date. the work that was done was perfect
