Motofix Oxford

Excellent service, communication and a job well done. this was an insurance job and my company chose them, but having seen their work and been on the receiving end of their calls, i would recommend them. thank you.

Motofix oxford were asked to sort out my car when it was returned with minor scratches after a paint job by another company. communication was great, very pleasant, timely and on point. the car was sorted out within a couple of hours of me dropping it off. not only that, but some minor scratches not related to the initial job were removed as well, free of charge, and the car was returned to me fully valeted. people at the reception are very pleasant, and whoever worked on my car really knew what they were doing. highly recommended.

I can not speak more highly of the service i had from motofix oxford. it was faultless and all the members i dealt with were efficient, polite, understanding and helpful beyond every expectation. zac, especially, was outstanding in his customer service. i am so grateful to him, and indeed janet as well, for the way he pushed for the completion of my repair in the time frame i had, which had it gone outside of this would have caused me considerable stress and enormous inconvenience. a five star company with the staff to match.

Motofix were the recommended repairer chosen by my insurance company. i am extremely pleased with the service i received. from the time the car was collected to the time it was returned i was kept informed and given expected timescales. the work was completed to a high standard. tony, who returned my car, even called to let me know he was on his way. he was friendly, helpful and gave me plenty of time to check the vehicle over to ensure i was happy. i highly recommend motofix and would definitely use them again.
