The staff were always on time, polite and professional and cleaned the house quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. From the first moment of making contact, Cinderella Cleaning Services proved to be efficient, helpful and professional. The cleaning service provided was excellent, thorough and with attention to detail. If I asked for extra things to be done, it happened. I know that my flat and all my belongings were safe and would be cleaned with care by the cleaning staff allocated to me. Emma and Kate always respond to emails or texts quickly and are always happy to try and accommodate any changes to timings etc and are keen for feedback. They have all communicated so well before and during the pandemic, putting customer and staff safety first. A really great team all round - it took a long time to find a cleaning company this good.!

Cinderella's Cleaning Services were extremely helpful and professional, performing an end-of-tenancy deep clean on a property in Oxford that I was renting.
