Thomson cleaning has been very good, we’ve been a customer for a few months. our first cleaner didn’t work out, abby handled it brilliantly and found us another cleaner quickly (and our new cleaner, jodi, has been brilliant). would recommend.

Thompson cleaning was recommended to us by a friend and we have been thrilled with the service that abby provides. we have the wonderful mara who cleans every week and does such a fantastic job. there is nothing nicer than coming home to a spotless house! we particularly like the fact that if your cleaner goes on holiday, or is unwell, abby can arrange someone else to step in temporarily at no extra cost. in summary, the company and its wonderful cleaners are all highly professional, skilled individuals and we cannot recommend them enough to friends.

Excellent cleaning agency. abby is efficient and helpful. we had one sub-par cleaner at the start but when we expressed our concerns a new cleaner was found quickly, who is fantastic. abby is always happy to arrange a substitute cleaner when our cleaner is away. well-priced, dependable service.

All of the staff i interacted with were very friendly and professional, and cleaned to a high standard. they were always on time and flexible with changing schedules. i'd recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner in the oxford area. if i could give more than 5 stars i would!
