I had a huge problem with my computer and they literally fixed everything in a few hours! Very nice and gentle staff, they have also been very patient trying to explain to me what was going on and the best way to go! Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing IT support. Andrew is super effective and incredibly friendly and flexible. They helped me reboot Linux OS on two machines, and recovered files that I thought were lost.

Despite the original problem not being able to be resolved, Andrew was very helpful and friendly when navigating me into the next step. Felt like he was being honest and thinking what was best for me as opposed to just selling me the most expensive option.

These guys are awesome! Really friendly and very helpful. Went in after 3 months of purchase of my earphones which just stopped working one morning (not the shops fault) and they understandingly exchanged them for others. And sent the others back to the manufacturer.

Popped into the see these guys, not buy something or get something fixed, but rather as an "Oxford Tourist" to get the heads up on where to go & things to see with some members of my American family ! Suffice to say these guys were outstanding & really helpful & indeed more than happy to help! The message was.... explore the side streets & enjoy these.
