Can't say enough nice things about my experience with Oxon IT, I spilled liquid on my Macbook Pro and Oxon IT took it in the next day for a full check and clean. I assumed it was a goner as it was directly onto the keyboard and into the interior. Great value for money, quick, professional, easy to drop off and very thorough. They went through all my options, repair costs, potential issues, etc. My go-to place for any IT problems from now on, I literally can't thank them enough. And yes, it's working pretty much 100%!

Professional and caring fixing of my MacBook screen. I was in a panic when I cracked my MacBook screen, after an email exchange I dropped it off to be replaced, there was great communication, honest and trustworthy repairs- definitely recommended. A huge thanks for making a really stressful situation resolved!

In terms of services, they have done an excellent job and had also cleaned my full of dust laptop making it look like new. However, for removing and replacing a battery I bought separately the price does seem to be excessively high- £65 for that. I’ll have to mention that the battery was swollen and I was concern that it might become a fire risk at any time. This is why I had accepted to pay such a price. I initially took the laptop to the IT Service just to remove the battery. They told me the price, then I had asked if they could also replace the battery with the one I’ll bring when it arrives. I asked if this will cost me extra, they said it wouldn’t but asked me to make a contribution of as much as I would like to. I’ll give four stars for this service due to their high prices and the subtle potential for tax evasion. I say tax evasion, because I did not receive a receipt and I was asked to pay cash only.

Took my Macbook pro for a screen replacement install, Installed same day and fully working, was very helpful with great communication and good price. Was also kind enough to let me drop off early before work as-well and would definitely recommend this company.
