This practice has deteriorated since Damira took over with some good staff leaving. Following my last visit I sought a second opinion with a private dentist who disagreed that I needed significant work on my teeth. My emails to Damira detailing my concerns were repeatedly ignored and I now go elsewhere.

During a check up appointment (ladting 5 min) and despite telling the dentist, I'd had an abscess and pain on my gum following trauma to a tooth, no xray was taken, told machine not available.
Service had gone down since Damira took over Studental.

In my recent experience, I felt that the receptionist could have been more attentive to my concerns. I did not feel fully heard during our interaction and would have appreciate a more empathetic approach.

As an NHS patient, I've had 4 different dentists here in four years. The lift has been out of order for months. All of the dentists I've had have been good, and one was outstanding (he's since moved on to private practice).

Making my appointment was bothersome. I arrived at the appointed time with an email confirming my appointment but reception could find no record of it. I had to go away again. Contacting reception involves a long wait on the telephone. There was further confusion with the second appointment that was made originally with the wrong dentist. I spotted this and queried it and consequently they sorted it out.
When I finally got to see the right dentist to perform the extraction she was superb in every way. Friendly, reassuring, informative and very skilled.
In short excellent dentistry but reception service found wanting.
