I can't speak highly enough of the service and support from Tony & Neil. I had a 40 year old top end Pioneer direct drive turntable that was not playing as the arm was returning immediately it had dropped onto the playing surface. Nobody else could/wanted to take it on due to its age and lack of parts. Tony treated it as a challenge and after a period of a couple of months investigating in between repairing modern digital decks finally got it working again for me. The deck holds tremendous sentimental value as my Dad & Mum brought it for me and my Dad passed away many years ago. So if you want a team that will communicate regularly, treat you very fairly and respectfully and fix your problem - look no further. Thanks again Videotec!

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with, I sent in my Pioneer DDJ RX that was having some issues, they kept me updated on everything each step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. After 2 and a half years of using the XZ as my main controller I unfortunately had quite a few buttons and dials start to fail on me (Play/Cue & Rotary selector mainly). I sent my XZ to Videotec in Oxford for a repair and full service. The guys took it all apart and replaced all the parts with genuine replacements and also found four other switches that were on the verge of failing. The XZ was then completely rebuilt/ cleaned/ firmware updated and ready for collection less than 24 hours after dropping it off. All of it cost only a couple of hundred pounds which is incredible and now my XZ is just like new. Bring on my Friday night gig! Top service and top guys!
