AHN heating and electrical

AHN installed a new boiler for me . They have done a good job , tidied up afterwards, and took time to talk through the instructions and settings with me. I also appreciated how quietly they worked as I was feeling unwell that day.

When my husband ruptured his Achilles tendon and so could not walk, he needed the loo to be higher. For all kinds of reasons, it was not a simple, straightforward change to make -- mostly because we had a Bidet loo seat and we didn't want to lose that function. In order to fit the riser underneath the bidet seat, the whole toilet had to be extracted, the adjustments made, and then everything reassembled and repositioned. The job was complex, but they worked efficiently and neatly. And now the toilet is much safer for my husband. They even completed the job on a weekend because of its urgency. I wouldn't have anyone else do plumbing or electrical work for me!

I am impressed by the excellent service I received. My boiler broke down. I called AHN at 7pm for an emergency call out. Dharam and Azam worked very professionally and ensured that I had hot water by 8:30pm!! It took a while to figure the problem but they did not give up and made a temporary fix, so we had heating and water restored. The team returned a week later with the replacement part. Great service. Dharam and Azam were helpful and polite and answered all my questions.

AHN responded quickly to my request to disconnect an old range cooker and fan. They fitted my appointment in after a long day elsewhere. Contact by text was helpful for ETA and they went the extra mile by lifting the appliance out completely and arranged collection of the discarded parts for the following day. I intend to use their services again. Thanks guys.

We came back to the house to find electricity off and trip switch wouldn’t re-set. Texted AHN even though it was evening and got very helpful advice by text which sorted the problem quickly. Really helpful. Highly recommended!
