Lucy and her team did a superb job of organising my mother's funeral - we can't recommend them highly enough. Mum met Lucy before she died, and knew instantly she was the right person to do it. The service and burial proved a perfect tribute to her, and were exactly what she'd imagined. Lucy brought great seriousness, sensitivity and genuine empathy to the work; it was clear she really cared about the family and fulfilling mum's wishes. Her help with decision making was always thorough, detailed and fair, whether in person or by email, and she made a real effort to help us explore the practicalities of quite a range of different plans. She was always responsive. Her knowledge of local suppliers and service providers was excellent, as was her ability to organise them. We felt throughout the process, and in particular on the days of the funeral and burial, that we were in thoroughly safe hands.

Lucy was so supportive, kind and compassionate throughout. She was always there to answer any questions I had - particularly important as someone who hadn’t been through the process before. The funeral itself was the most beautiful celebration of my beloved Dad’s life in a the most stunning natural burial site. Perfectly fitting in every way, with a bespoke coffin design tailored to him and a lovely service given by a local friendly vicar. The flowers were also stunning. The local companies Lucy recommended were there every step of the way, and together they all made a difficult time just that little bit easier. Thank you Lucy, I am so glad to have had you arrange everything. My family and I felt in safe hands from the very start - nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommend!
