Took me a while to find myself, but i found it in this company! hands down the best company i have ever worked for!! it’s incredibly rewarding with an amazing amount of support, training and all the guidance needed! the team is like my family xx

I have worked for bluebird care for 3 years. this was my first ever job in care and the management team have supported me to move up the ladder. bluebird care are a wonderful bunch of people who are all supportive. bluebird care have worked with me through different stages of my life and accomodated my different needs. i would highly recommend bluebird care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ever since i have started working for bluebird care oxford, south and west oxfordshire for the last 8 months, everyone have been so welcoming and supportive when i first joined and i absolutely enjoy what i do! i love how there’s so much career progression within the company and the atmosphere is by far the best. i have the best work colleagues and will 100% recommend anyone to come work for bluebird 💙
