I don’t know what i would do without carol she is so lovely and caring and looks after my mother in-law like she is her own. nothing is to much trouble.
Jennie mowatt is a very enthusiastic and caring person who takes very special care to each and every client that she meets. jennie was a carer for my mum and she always completed all mum's care and even washed and blow dryed her hair. mum always loved to see her in the morning and hear all about her nights out. mum loves a laugh and is always happy. mum had a nick name for jennie too.
Dedicated, caring and kind, we have found all helping hands staff to go above and beyond to look after my dad. he is incredibly fond of some of them. and communications with the office staff are very easy, they respond so quickly. 10 out of 10!
Very efficient and well run service with lovely carers who my mother is very happy with. having had experience with another care agency, i was pleasantly surprised with the level of care and excellent communication with all the staff at helping hands to ensure on an ongoing basis that everyone was happy with the service and how it could be improved to suit my mum's needs.
Helping hands carers looked after my father-in-law during the final months of his life, enabling him to die peacefully at home with dignity. the carers were kind, gentle, respectful and highly professional, responding quickly to his requests and working closely alongside our family. they went far beyond our expectations and have provided ongoing support to his widow. i was so impressed by their approach that i have now employed helping hands to help me look after my mother at home, who is bed-bound with advanced dementia. once again, they have been most impressive and have managed all aspects of her personal care with great skill and patience (in fact, the nhs occupational therapist described one of the carers as "gold dust" when she saw how skilled she was with use of the hoist). all the carers i have come across are friendly and well-trained, and the senior team are easy to contact and flexible so we have been able to tailor mum's care to her changing needs. i cannot recommend them highly enough.
