Words can’t express my gratitude to this outstanding group of caring people. They looked after my dad for a couple of years as he became increasingly unwell and confused. Each and every one of them treated him with dignity, respect and love. A wonderful team - would recommend them to anyone.

Continuing Care commissioned Jes Care Services to provide care for my mother at end of life. My mother wanted to die at home, her deterioration was rapid and she died within 6 days of the care package starting. During that time Tenby was our primary contact at Jes Care and from the first day she was present and involved in my mother's personal care. She worked alongside her doubling-up team to ensure that they were aware of any idiosyncrasies regarding my mother's care such as likes, dislikes, pain threshold, vulnerable pressure points etc. We met multiple members of Jes Care’s regular team as they came and went three times each day. Each carer was highly skilled, moreover they were professional, sensitive and compassionate at all times. We also had a live-in carer so that my mother was not alone at night - there were unforeseeable problems with this which Jes Care managed by successfully organising alternative solutions and managing the difficulties in the same professional and supportive way as they managed the care-package as a whole. Overall the service provided was professional, supportive and caring and I would highly recommend this organisation for anyone who needs it for themselves or a relative at this very challenging time.

Having cared for Mum by myself for several months I was anxious about how it work out having end of life carers 24 hours a day in her home. I shouldn't have worried. Jes Care were so genuinely kind, helpful, responsive and supportive. It was an extremely difficult time for me and I will always be grateful that Jes Care was there for us at that time. Jess Care provided the utmost professional but deeply compassionate care for our mother in her final weeks. They always came with such warmth and generosity of spirit, that as a family we looked forward to welcoming them to our home at every visit. They were angels in our hour of need.

I can't praise Jescare highly enough. The team cared for our father at home for over 18 months providing the highest level care four times a day. They were professional and caring at every moment right up until his peaceful death at home. They got to know him well and were able to give very personalised care with patience and good humour. They also gave wonderful support to our mother. I would strongly recommend this care agency.
