I can’t thank paul enough for his patience and genuinely caring approach. change can be scary, but paul supported me through it all and i leave every session feeling accomplished. thank you so much, paul.

Paul was my trainer and mentor whilst i was learning to be a hypno-psychotherapist. i felt as though i was in good hands from the first meeting, he has a natural warm that reaches every person who he meets. he is motivating, inspiring and he can change a persons mindset very quickly. the support that i received was incredible and this has allowed me to build my own practice and gain my own success. he is a true asset to the profession and for anyone who is experiencing a problem in their life should not hesitate to contact him.

Thanks to paul my family is back together and my autistic son who was anxious is feeling like his old self he is doing well at school as his confidence soared after seeing paul. the personalised audios are still doing the trick and has improved my son's sleep pattern. now he is able to concentrate at school and because he has high self esteem, he is now hoping to study to be a vet. i am truly grateful paul, you really are amazing. many thanks.
