I have been served by Talia at the Oxford brach. I am overwhelmed and amazed by the great customer service provided, the level of professionalism and knowledge.

Such lovely staff! We were visiting Oxford on a day trip for our mum’s 60th, she had an accident with a gate which squashed her ring into her finger. After being turned down by 2 other jewellers we arrived at Beaver Brooks who very kindly settled us down reassured my mum and cut the ring off. Both the girls were so kind, welcoming and really sweet, even gave us each a glass of Prosecco to recover from the ordeal. Really lovely team, thank you so much! ☺️❤️

I've been buying watches for the last few years from various different shops, but the level of service I received at Beaverbrooks from Rachel is beyond any I've had from any shop. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, tracking down exactly what I wanted over the course of a few weeks, she kept in constant contact with updates, different options and finally the Bremont watch I wanted. Beaverbrooks Oxford will be my go to store in future, Rachel will be my go to saleswoman, the atmosphere there is so much better than neighbouring jewelry and watch shops, there's no snobbery, no pressure, no sales patter, just a warm welcome, friendly face and good times. I can't thank Rachel enough and look forward to the next one.

We have been to several jewellers recently starting the process of looking at engagement rings and wedding bands. The service we recieved from start to finish has been outstanding . Isobel, Natalia and Nina have been second to none. All very attentive offered drinks on arrival and nothing was too much trouble an absolute credit to Beaverbrooks. Thank you so much Ladies.
