Excellent service, helpful and I was made to feel welcome. I had a silver chain repaired here which is of high sentimental value to me, I was able to have it fixed in the shop in front of me and advised about the pros and cons of having the jump rings soldered. I will return here in future for any of my jewellery related needs..

I first called about some drop earrings and the customer care was excellent. I couldn’t go into the shop so ended up placing the order on the phone. True to their word, I got my beautiful earrings the next day. I also requested something and they kindly gave me without charging an extra penny. Highly recommend.

A fantastic jewelers. They made my wife a beautiful eternity ring and they were a pleasure to deal with. We later had an issue with a missing stone from another ring (not made by them) and they were absolutely amazing in helping with the repair, going above and beyond in helping deal with the insurance company. I can't recommend them highly enough.
