B&B Locksmiths - Oxford

Locked myself out at 6am on a sunday... after calling every locksmith in oxford, b&b was the only one who responded and came to me. absolutely saved my day! highly recommended!

Great service! i needed new yale locks fitted on my front and back door with matching keys to work them both. they came out to look and gave me a great quote to do both.

B&b locksmiths are perfect. the mortice lock and yale lock on the outside door of my study were both becoming increasingly difficult to lock and one evening became just about impossible. i googled "locksmiths in oxford" at 11 pm and luckily found b&b. my call was answered by a person, not an answering machine. brian said he would come as soon as he could after 11.00 the next morning. he arrived at 11.30 am and solved the problem in about five minutes by neatly moving the strike plates for the two locks down a quarter of an inch. he then took payment for the callout fee he had quoted over the phone. my lock problem was solved, and the crisis of not being able to lock my study averted. b&b locksmiths are the answer!

I’m not normally one to write a review but these chaps were great. we’d called the first one who came up who messed us around. my friend was quite upset on a security level and they were rapid, friendly and reassuring. fully recommend. thanks for everything

I was not sure the problem with my door lock was fixable but the lovely locksmith came and fixed it, taking care to be as thorough as possible. from first contact call, arriving at time stated to the final fix, a great experience and peace of mind. thank you!
