Thanks for your response to my call on Wednesday and for getting me into my house so quickly - the calm, polite, professionalism of both the person who answered the phone and, Ben, the very efficient engineer were so reassuring under very stressful circumstances.

I had a wonderful experience with these guys. I called them for advice, and they were straightforward and honest and very useful. We ended up resolving the problem where they were very helpful without charging too much money at all. I could’ve given them a massive hug at the end for solving an enormous problem without causing us any big charges or issues. I couldn’t recommend more.

Got keys cut and unfortunately they didn't fit the lock. Went back next day and they gave full refund no fuss - very good customer service.

Popped in to sort a lock on my van vault. Very helpful and sorted me out super quick and gave great advise. We are a local building firm and would definitely recommend and use them again. CARMA UK CONSTRUCTION.

This company were so friendly and quick in their work! We live just down the road and they came out immediately to see why our door wouldn’t lock - it turns out that it just needed WD40 (a bit embarrassing) they really kindly waived the fee that we had agreed as it was very quick to sort out. We will definitely use them for key cutting etc. in the future - highly recommended!
