I reached out to Rare Form to revamp our website as it had become dated and dull. Initially I had a good discussion with the Joss who took time to get an idea of what I needed and the direction I wanted to go in. This was followed up with a detailed quote which was very reasonable. When I was ready to go ahead I had a meeting with Chris & Joss so they could get an even better understanding of my business and client needs along with plenty of more IT specific requirements for the site. I am not overly knowledgeable in this area, yet the whole process was delivered to me in a way that was easy to understand and follow. The team provided me with a number of "drafts" of a potential look to the new site, and when I settled on one they continued to tweak and make adjustments throughout the build. The only delays were caused by myself, the whole team at Rare Form were exceptionally responsive to any queries I made, or requests I had. Once we had gone live with a beautiful, fresh, modern website that much better reflected our business, I still wanted to add to and make a couple of adjustments (I am aware I am not an easy customer), and they were quick to oblige. Overall the whole process in dealing with Rare Form was seamless and I have received a fantastic website that I am proud to show off. I will be continuing to use Rare Form for hosting & on going support. I believe I have received value for money every step of the way and have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

Rare Form designed my website and they have been responsive, really good at hand-holding and listened not just to the brief but insisted on getting an idea of what my objective was rather than just make something that looked pretty. If you need a website designed but also need it to deliver for you, I'd recommend them; the relationship has ended up more like a partnership than a supplier/customer thing.
