Visited dunelm, oxford with my friend to buy some curtains. we found some that were discounted to an amazing £22. we did have to hem them to the correct length, but they looked really good quality when hung. there were lots of other choices available in a range of colours and patterns.
I had the best customer service experience this morning when shopping with my mum at the dunelm in oxford. the lovely montana helped us for nearly 2 hrs choosing curtains, blinds and accessories! she still had a smile on her face when we had finally finished shopping. because of her great customer service skills and patience, we will definitely shop here again! 🤩
I had a storage space issue at home and bought a folding table and chairs from here, great choice of homewares, curtains, lighting, bedding and furniture. very clean establishment and fast service at the tills, it was busy but never waited long to be served. no robot tills which is a great customer service i much prefer a human cashier. well done for the service, i recommend this store.
