Ideal Carpets and Beds Oxford

I used Ideal Carpets 3 years ago and their service was excellent throughout. I appreciate Mr Asif for wonderful customer services. I recently had carpet fitted in my home stairs & I am verry happy from their quick service. I am back again in search of a high quality room size remnant. The choices look good but I like to search well inadvance of my need. I am satisfied from the quality of the carpets & services.

Easy to order on the phone with an obviously experienced sales person. Got the right vinyl in the right colour with the right recommended (by them) underlay at a very, very good price. Delivered on the day they said by a very helpful and considerate driver. Would use again

Having already had great experience on previous orders we placed a very big order for a great quality laminate floor at the best price we could find. Delivery was one week ahead of schedule - very rare these days. The 7 cut lengths we requested were spot on and the delivery man was very nice and accommodating. What else does a customer want nowadays. Well done to everyone at Ideal Carpets!!!

From the website to ordering experience, adjustments for a stair runner, communication to delivery the service has been outstanding. And this was on purchasing remnants at a great price!. Can only highly commend and will definitely be a repeat customer. Very happy indeed.
