Three

I've had some pretty major issues with Three as a company recently, but the staff in store here have been immensely helpful and patient. Jess in particular helped me sort out my mess of a contract and I can't recommend her enough - Georgia also really came through when automated stuff and customer service helplines failed. Igor,Assistant Manager, of 3 mobile shop Oxford Westgate is very knowledgeable and kind. Go to him if u use 3. He filled all the information that was lacking after I purchased a phone(after 15 mins,mine stolen on Oxford St )from 3 Mayfair London the day before. I live in Oxford.
