Excellent service. due to my prescription my glasses are not cheap. so when the frame broke i was gutted. gardiner's ordered the new arm & repaired then for a tenna. fantastic. been coming here for c. 20 years. they are the best.

Delighted with this place - new glasses with top quality lenses in 10 days. they also repaired my reading glasses, purchased elsewhere, on the spot. i'd been to specsavers first, all clipboards and bustle, they wouldn't repair the glasses and estimated a 6 week wait for new lenses

I needed to get my specs repaired very very minor repairs. i visited this place in hopes that they would refuse to repair since the frames weren’t originally brought from them. not only did they repair it within 10 minutes they also didn’t charge me as it was very minor repair. definitely going back again for all my optical needs. highly recommend. great service, polite staff.

A well run family business, with all the latest technology for your eye care and eye health, james was extremely amenable, friendly and knowledgeable, he made me feel welcome and took time to describe all my options and eye care needs. they say finding a good car mechanic is like gold dust hard to find but worth the effort, i would say the same for gardiners and its attentive staff, i will be a happy returning customer, will recommend to my family and friends.
