I had probably the best customer service I have ever had in this Opticians. I was having issues adjusting to my new glasses but the ladies who looked after me were incredibly professional, patient and understanding even though I was being very particular about what I wanted. I believe my opticians name was Nikki and she was an utter delight. I Highly recommend them. Many Thanks.

Absolutely outstanding personal service and outstanding customer service from John Lewis Opticians Oxford. I would highly recommend. Everyone from resident to visiting optician and all other staff have been absolutely BRILLIANT in helping me get the right prescription for my distance vision glasses and prescription sun glasses. I don’t live in Oxford but would happily make the journey again and again for the service that they provide. Well done and thank you.
