Now this is what you call serivce!! Finding a particularly large and angry wasps nest in the loft was a DIY job too far for me. So needed some professionals and thinking as with many things these days hard to get some one quick who would do the job properly and without costing the earth....so stress levels were high but it needed sorting..........well none of this was the not in case of these guys. Experience was brilliant from start to end............first of all really helpful lady on the phone booking me in for a visit from their expert. We agreed a a date within a couple of days since i did not see it as urgent. We were kept informed of when he would arrive, and on arrival he explained what he ould do and the details of the chemical powder he would use etc. It was in a particular tricky place to reach and was one of the largest he had see so was a bit of a challenge but he sorted it promptly and professionally. The guys also highlighted what would happen to the nest, the wasps so what to expect in terms of some lingering wasps etc. It was exactly as they said, but also advised if there were still some activity after a week or so they would come around for free. Highly professional, job done solved and little hassle to us - not many services you can say that about these days. Now i would not look anywhere else for any pest solutions.
