Jon came within a couple of days to diagnose a fault with my 20yr-old Vaillant boiler. As there was more than one problem and likely to be further faults developing with age (also current parts delivery delays) he recommended a new boiler and fitted us into his work schedule within the week, on a Sunday, all for a very reasonable price. A water hammer suppression valve included. The finish is neat, all packaging and debris has been cleaned away, and the heating system immediately works well.

The work was excellent and Plumbbob went above and beyond at every time to resolve problems, answer queries and give support. They are focused on giving the best advice for you and give you honest and trust-worthy recommendations. Their service is excellent and their work faultless. I can't imagine contacting any other company if I had a heating or plumbing job to do.

Very fast response to an appeal for help with a blocked sink. A lady plumber came within a few hours. Very professional and seemed to know what she was doing. The block was a mystery (nothing blocking the immediate plumbing) and the suggestion was made that the blockage might be further along the drain and that it might budge with bicarbonate of soda. I tried this whilst the plumber was getting more tools from her van for further investigation. Hey presto this cleared the drain! I offered to pay for the call out but all payment was refused on the grounds that the issue had been resolved with a home remedy. I'm truly appreciative of the fact that the plumber stayed about 30 minutes trying to solve the problem (and effectively did) but would not accept payment. I have used this company before and was very satisfied with their previous intervention as well.
