Victoria is very friendly, empathic and skilled, making absolutely sure the local anaesthetic was totally effective and the procedure superbly performed with excellent results. 100% recommend

I went through an emergency appointment today. I had an ingrown toenail for 2 months. It was hurting a lot, and I was afraid of feeling pain during the procedure. Ektaa's service was simply wonderful. Extremely patient and delicate, she was really kind the whole time. Highly recommend! I cannot fail to mention the phone service for scheduling and the service at the reception. Very polite staff, made me feel welcome and very well!

Great service. Have a young teen with ingrowing (big toe) toenails and been experiencing the cycle of infection etc for a few years and this became our only option to break the cycle. The team here acknowledged her age and nervousness and were kind, caring and their approach to perform nail avulsion surgery was great. She’s just been signed off and is much happier now her toe issue has been addressed. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

From reading previous reviews, I was nervous that I would need to have one or more toenails surgically removed. But that was not the case! Sarah assured me nothing was seriously wrong with the nails that had been causing me pain on and off for the last year and recommended toe caps for running and hiking. Before the appointment, I filled a form with a few requests (explaining why I was nervous for the appointment) and they were able to accommodate for this!
