I had signed up to an online will writing service which promised all sorts of support during the process. unfortunately the support was difficult to come by with only vague pointers via email. i then contacted edward at ade and from our first conversation i knew i was dealing with a true professional and felt assured it would be a smooth process. edward answered all my questions calmly and professionally. i have a health condition and was keen to get my will finished as soon as possible. edward went out of his way to facilitate this. even though my will was slightly complicated, he sought advice from his team where he needed to and managed to get everything done within 3 days. this included him coming to my house and bringing another witness for me to sign my will. wills are not something that are usually on top of our busy daily lives and we hardly ever think of writing one, whereas we should. however if anyone is looking for getting their will written, i cannot recommend edward highly enough. a charming, calm young man who puts you at ease straight away without any hard sell and gives you all the various options,leaving you to choose the one that suits you best. thank you edward for your empathy and kindness and for making this whole process an easy one at a difficult time.
