Absolutely fantastic service. The owner was lovely, responsive, and professional. I was in California with my stuff stuck in Oxford. Jing Bai answered my emails promptly despite the 8-hour time difference, and arranged everything (packing, removal, storage) very quickly and efficiently, and was in WhatsApp contact with my former flatmate on the day. Such service does not exist in the states, so I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are very reasonable. I am glad I went with a local company instead of a national chain. Duke's was great.

These guys are how you hope movers will be. Incredibly efficient, professional, and so in tune with customer service. I was hoping to use them for my upcoming move as they moved us 3 years ago but sadly they are only doing moves that start in Oxford and we are now in London. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to book a trustworthy outfit.

Faultless service from Dukes - Jing and her team are absolutely brilliant. Our items (including an incredibly cumbersome fragile glass table top) were packed and moved with great care, first into storage (very reasonably priced) and finally (after several reschedules - Dukes where incredibly patient and accommodating) delivered to our new home in perfect condition. The porters are lovely - very professional and kind, clearly pros at dealing with slightly dazed/overwhelmed new home owners! I would highly recommend Dukes.

We used Duke's to use house on Friday and we were really impressed with their service. They were professional, punctual and took away the stress of moving. Dukes removals was a life saver, provided best value for money AND amazing services! I had a very last minute packing, removals, and storage request while I was still out of the country and they were able to accommodate my needs timely. They even handled the communication with my accommodation office to make the process even more carefree. The customer representative Jing really went out of her way to make everything go as smoothly as possible and she is so unbelievably friendly and understanding! The packing and delivery services were professional; everything clearly marked and meticulously handled. At last Dukes also offered the lowest price among around 10 companies I have contacted. The storage was a bit pricey comparatively but since I had only a very short storage term it wasn’t a great concern. I would highly recommend Dukes to anyone in need of a trustworthy mover.
