I liked the way isis removals did the job for me. they were flexible. the communication was straight, clear and brief. jay and pete did a good job. they took care of my extra request to re-arrange the delivered boxes without hesitation or discussion.

We were very pleased with the service we received from isis. from the quote stage to bringing in the final box at the new house (and there were many!), the whole team were professional, respectful and careful. david was understanding of our needs and made time to fit in some extra packing. peter was a steady presence throughout with his calm and methodical approach. thank you!

The team at isis delivered an excellent service at short notice. the full packing service was particularly helpful and was fantastic value for money. on the day we had a team of 5 workers with two vans and the whole job was completed in 7 hours. everyone was in uniform and were both helpful and polite.

Excellent work. kind and empathetic, starting with gemma in the office and then the wonderful team that came. somehow jay and his colleagues managed to pack, move and get the entire contents of my home into 2 storage units. i’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism & kindness at a difficult time for me. would definitely recommend.
