One of the best experience as a customer. Lovely staff full of experience and good advice. It's not the first time when we visit this branch and definitely not the last one ! If you are nearby you definitely must pop in and have a look. Fully recommend !

Service beyond the call of duty. Courteous, extremely helpful, pleasant, friendly, patient and knowledgeable staff. I normally hate going in shoes shops, but not here.

We may have not been able to find the right size for my weirdly large feet but the store was really well presented and the lady who helped me was very knowledgable and friendly. Would recommend!

Lovely little shop and superb staff. I went to collect an order but the size was not right. Anna helped me find the right size & patiently detailed how to care for my current & new shoes. Becky was also very friendly. Overall very pleased with my shopping experience; I will definitely be shopping in person at the Oxford branch in the future. Thank you!
