Probably the best customer service i have ever experienced, the process in preparation for checking-in is extremely thorougher and well thought out, staff constantly checking up on me up to my move in date saved me £100, truly feels like the staff go above and beyond to make the process as swift and stress free as possible. despite being a maze the hall ways a are immaculate as were the storage units themselves.

Excellent storage location especially for overseas students. secure and alarmed location with staff onsite. lockers are reasonably priced and are accessible by car which makes for easy unloading. trolleys available to move boxes that can also be bought at their shop for cheap prices along with shelves or other packing accessories. different types of locks are also available which you get to keep if you decide to return. this is a much better alternative than services that pick up belongings for you and move them to a warehouse. definitely recommend.

Mark was really helpful and personable, no complaints! i arrived as a customer using storage for the first time, mark took me through the procedure, kindly helped wheel my trolly of luggage to my locker as an added service, spoke through the pricings well. made my experience an effortless and streamlined one - that needed on a moving day!! thank you :)
