Staff are kind and super helpful whenever i have any questions they are happy to help, everything is very straightforward (i'm usually easily confused and i didn't have any issues)
Following the recent death of my father, i had an old shredding bag to leave for shredding and needed two new ones as there is so much to go through. my head is all over the place but harry and theresa couldn't have been more helpful. they were really professional but so kind and understanding. above and beyond service! thank you
