Very smart and easy booking system at j’r hospital you press a button and you get a ref number to hand over to the taxi driver which he turned up before we made it to the front doors. very smart driver so professional offered to help with the wheelchair opened the car doors asked where would you like to be seated in front or back seat. so friendly he knew the geography of oxford far too well. very very clean car too also he drove very calm we felt so comfortable i would highly recommend this professional taxi driver 024 many thanks for getting us home so quickly and safely early today. well done 001 taxis
